Shipping Costs Q&A
- Q:
Do you charge fees for shipping?
- A: For smaller shipments, yes, I require that the buyer pay the cost of shipping. If the total cost of a shipment, before tax (Kansas residents only) is less than $25.00, I ask that the buyer pay an additional $2.50 to cover the postage, packaging, and insurance. There may be rare exceptions, particularly for oversized or heavier items, in which cases I may ask the buyer to pay more, but most times, $2.50 will be the rule.

- Q:
What about shipments totalling $25 or more?
- A: For any shipment in which the cost of the merchandise, before applicable sales taxes, exceeds $25.00, I will ship the items and cover the cost of postage and insurace, at no additional cost to the buyer. Once again, there may be instances in which the size and/or weight of a shipment would be cause for me to ask a shipping fee after all.

- Q:
How frequently do you receive shipments and relay the product to your customers?
- A: I generally get one shipment a week. I will either turn around and mail the merchandise out immediately , or I will hold onto the merchandise until enough has accumulated to qualify for free shipping.
- Q:
How and when do you decide whether to charge for shipping, and when would I pay?
- A: The shipping arrangements will be made at the time you place your order. I will inform you whether your order will require a shipping fee or not, and of what options you might have concerning shipping. You would pay for shipping in advance, as part of your payment for your order.

- Q:
Is this offer valid for international orders?
- A: I have extended this benefit to Canadian customers as well, but otherwise, no. The costs of shipping to addresses overseas are too high to offer it to international customers.
- A: If you are a member of the US Military serving overseas, and have an active APO/FPO address, the "free shipping" offer *does* stand!
