My Products (Q&A)
- Q:
What do you sell?
- A: My main products, obviously, are comic books, ranging from the superhero, Disney and Archie comics you'll find on any newstand in any supermarket, to the manga, fantasy, "bad girl", humour, anthropomorphic, funny animal, children's titles, and other various comics that are found on the market.

- Q:
Are comic books all you sell?
- A: No. All printed matter, such as magazines, trade paperbacks (also called "graphic novels"), manga, and even some role-playing game handbooks are also available. If you can find them in Previews, you can order them from me!
- You you also purchase anime titles and other audio and video items from Wildcat's Lair, in DVD, CD, and sometimes even VHS formats. I'm not yet promoting these extensively, but that should change as I make more contacts. If you're looking for a particular video or soundtrack that you can't pin down anywhere else, feel free to ask, and I'll see if I can get it ordered!
- I no longer offer such items as t-shirts or other apparel, toys, posters, or any other such merchandise. This disclaimer overrides any other apparent offerings elsewhere on this site. I have chosen to focus on those things which can be read, watched, or listened to. Please accept my apologies if this presents any inconvenience to you.

- Q:
Are there any limits or stipulations on the sale of non-comic products?
- There may be times when I am unable to honour a discounted price for certain items, as claimed by Subscribers who qualify for those discounts. This should occur only rarely, and I'll notify the Subscriber at the time they make the order. This wouldn't affect the discount as applied to the rest of their order, however.
- Finally, and this is probably more obvious, I WILL NOT SELL ADULT-ORIENTED MATERIALS TO MINORS, and in some instances, I may not even be able to sell them to customers in other countries, or even across state lines, even if they are old enough to purchase some items. I will request a signed age statement, or some other proof of date of birth, and the final sale always depends on my judgement: if I feel I have reason to question the validity of a statement of age, or am unsure of what I'm allowed to ship, that's when my "right to refuse service" kicks in. I don't use that policy lightly, but I will use it to prevent myself or my customers from getting into hock over selling an adult book to the wrong person, or sending it to the wrong location.

- Q:
Are all items in Previews guaranteed to ship?
- A: Unfortunately, no. In some instances, items may ship late, they may be resolicited at a later date, they may be allocated due to limited numbers, or they might be cancelled altogether. If this happens to an item you've ordered, I'll inform you and ask your preference... you can either wait it out, or cancel your order for that item. If you cancel, or should an item be cancelled, you have the option of keeping credit for future purchases or taking a refund for the exact amount you paid for that item.
