Ordering Q&A
- Q:
How do I order?
- A: You can order from me by reading through the current Previews catalogue and making a list of what you wish to buy... or, if you don't care or need to use the catalogue, just make up a list using whatever means pleases you! Then, use my e-mail form to send the list to me -- you can e-mail me directly, as well, if you already know my address. I'll verify your order, calculate the final cost and determine shipping methods and costs, then confirm your order and form of payment, all via e-mail correspondence.

- Q:
How and where do I get Previews?
- A: I sell new Previews at the cover price of $4.50 (plus sales tax, Kansas residents only), plus $2.50 for shipping. (Previews is *not* subject to the service fee that I require from Browsers for small orders.) The latest Previews is also available at your nearest comic book dealer. Current order forms are also available from Diamond, for free, at their website, diamondcomics.com, and select the "Order Forms" link. The forms themselves are in file types .pdf (viewable with Adobe Acrobat) and .txt.
- I also offer free copies of older, non-current Previews catalogues. You can't actually order anything specific from them, but they're good samples of what's available every month! All I ask is that you pay $2.50 for postage, if you're in the US -- if you're outside the US, I'll have to determine postage on an individual basis. My supply is finite, so this offer ends when I run out. (Considering the rate at which they're piling up, I might run out sometime after the heat death of the Universe! ;) ) If you're interested, e-mail me and ask about availability. I'll send the latest copy that I have on hand, unless otherwise requested. (Please remember that these items are out of date, and that items, and even publishers, have dropped from the scene. For more reliable information, please refer to the current Previews catalogue.)

- Q:
Is Previews necessary?
- A: No. If you have a very good idea of what you want, you can order without the catalogue, if you wish. Previews is good if you want to browse through for items you might not know about, however. Whether or not you order from the catalogue is your decision. Again, only the current issue of Previews is an accurate source to order from!

- Q:
Is the deadline on the order form correct?
- A: No. I have a fixed order deadline: the 15th day of any given month. If your order form says the due date is May 12th, for example, ignore that, as I will accept orders up to and including May 15th.

- Q:
How long will it take for the order to be processed?
- A: I usually begin to receive merchandise from an order within 4 or 5 weeks after I place that order. Most merchandise from an order will arrive between 5 and 10 weeks after the order is placed, while some items will be delayed, resolicited, or cancelled altogether. Once items from your order begin to arrive, I will either hold them, or begin to ship them to you, depending on the shipping arrangement we made.
- There are factors that are beyond my control, actions on the part of the publishers or the distributor or even my own source, that may delay or prevent the shipment of some titles. Such actions are cancellations, and even simple oversights. I do my best to keep up with these factors and minimalize their effects, however. If I learn that any part of your order has been affected by anything at these levels, I'll notify you as soon as possible.
