Do you offer discounts on purchases?
- A: Discounts are now available to Subscribers who pre-order $50 or more of merchandise from the current Previews catalogue. For orders between $50 and $99.99 the discount is 5%, and all orders of $100 or more get a 10% discount. This is summarized in the table below:

Do discounts apply to orders for older items and back issues?
- A: If an older item is offered again in the current Previews catalogue, that item will count towards an overall discount, if no other factors prevent the discount (see below). Otherwise, no, I won't sell back issues at discounted prices.

Are all items in Previews subject to discount?
- A: I reserve the right to use my discretion in certain rare instances in which offering the normal discount would result in a loss to myself, and will notify you should that occur. This won't affect the rest of the order. Otherwise, all items in Previews are subject to discount.

- Q:
What if one or more of the items I order cancels, and a refund brings my order under $50 or $100?
- A: If any item, or combination of items, is cancelled by Diamond, yourself, or for some reason by me, and a refund would result in lowering the total cost of your order to less than $50 or $100, I will allow the discount to remain.
- A: There is always the possibility a Subscriber may abuse this policy, by ordering items they only intend to cancel out of later after they earn the discount. I'm a lenient person, and more than willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but if I feel my services are being abused in this manner, I do reserve the right to deny subsequent discounts on a case by case basis. I don't like having to issue disclaimers of this nature, but I must protect my interests. ;)
